Sturgeon fishing has been going good and steady with a bunch of big ones being caught up and down the Rainy River. The water level is still low so we could use some good rainy days in the upcoming weeks. Walleye opener is just around the corner and it is looking like another busy one.

The weather has been a little cold out on the water with the winds coming out of the north. Forecast for opener is low 60s for a high and mid 40s at night, with a chance of some intermittent showers.

We continue to finish up projects around the various properties. Our 3-bedroom cabins along the river are getting a little facelift with new cabinets, flooring, and living room furniture. The rest of May and most of June are filling up quick, and everyone is eager to get this season started.
